They should put all the corrupt MPs in a punishment battalion and send them to the front line to fight the Taliban in Afganistan

God, Lilli, they are all moaning about the state of things in TRNC, they should be in UK right now. they have the cheek to tax us to the hilt and tell us there is a huge recession and we must tighten our belts and all the time most of them are milking the system dry.

one rule for them and one rule for everyone else, are they are all as bad as the scrongers on the dole, is there anything diffrent about some one who sits on there a## all day claiming benifits as to the goverment sitting on there A## doing the same,

at least if Jeramy Clarkson was in charge he would save the roads and the society which is going down hill, hes my hero so i am biased to him running the show ( read some of his books, and watch the worlds greatest show he talks alot of sense the country would be a better place cant be know worst.

Grey I just love the man. imagine him making any sense of the traffic roads etc here. He would have a field day. It sickenes me to thing what they are doing whilst thousands are loosing jobs and homes and they flaunt it . God forbid. expenses signed off but you try to sign on if you loose your job xxxx Take care

Our parlimentry candidate is Phil Hope scrounged 42 grand from the system then had the cheek to pay it back and think everything is ok. Always smileing on the front page of local paper but not any more. No HOPE at the next election

Britvic..Could you not pick any thing better than Clarkson, Cowell.Agree about Branson, but the other two,Yuk...

Grey80...Its not called Dole anymore,Jobseekers allowance old chap dont you know..and if you do not actively look for a job they stop it..Not all are scroungers, there are a few thousand who have through no fault of there own been made redundant because of the current economic state. The point is, it has been going on for decades and nobody did anything about it. It will be lnteresting to see what the outcome will be in a couple of months time...

Claiming mortgage payments when there was no mortgage on the property ,quite simply its fraud, if you or i did it we would be in court but it seems that for these parasites its ok just to pay it back and forget about it.

Coachie, it will always be the dole, sorry i did not know they changed it not my thing i would rather get a job and there is always somthing about, might not what you want to do but it is better than 70 pound a fortnight, and yes i do agree that some people really do need it but that is only a few but most dont, and that is bulls##t about if you dont look for a job they stop it. People know how to play the system and do it for years. i know more than enough people who milk it because they cant get of the a##e first thing in the morning to go to work, the goverment give it out all to easy while people who do have a job struggle and have to pay taxes to support other lives.

Grey80..my nephew lost his Jobseekere allowance because he did not try to find a job,so now he gets zilch. They are tightening up,but unfortunately on the wrong ones. You will never get rid of the full time ones until they crack down hard on them and send a few down for a few years. There are scroungers in all walks of life and some of them "work" fulltime as you have said and we have seen over the last couple of weeks.Perhaps a short spell inside might do them some good..Maybe they are a bit harder in our town on the likes of my nephew and a few of his pals, they are all young teenagers with no responsibilities, think its all a big joke...Now his parents have told him if he does not get somesort of a job he is out and on his own...

Grey80- Couldn't agree more howevermy understanding is that rather than apply for the dole (or job seekers allowance) the way to go is to claim disability allowance, apparently a bad back is always a good excuse and hard to disprove- unless of course you are caught on the golf course or refereeing footbal matches etc!

That i am glad to hear, i hope they do throw him out, it might make him learn , there is a gentleman over the road from where i live he has been on "jobseekers" for 15 years he has been caught fiddling it 3times yet he still claims and they still pay him, like you said there is real people who do deserve it. one of my friends ( and i have given him alot of grief about this has said sod it i will look for a job next year and have the time off yet he still can afford a mobile phone bill each month and a gym subscription, and when ever we are down the pub he is to, it is not right if you work you get to enjoy the finer things of life if you dont then you should get nothing.

I would love to see Richard Littlejohn as leader - he writes a column in the Daily Mail twice a week. He seems to say what everybody thinks - the things he writes about Brown are amazing, wonder he has not been sued - but they he can prove what he writes is true. Think his column is on a Tuesday and Friday.
