hi cypwine , well , it was really really nice , will definately do it again . I got sea bream , i parboiled potatoes laid them in bottom of dish then covered with tomatoes , then onions , put the fish on top and put olive oil and lemon over it with some oregano . Thanks ever so much for the recipe i can thoroughly recommend it to all

sounds delicious!

How long did you have to cook it for? got some sea bream in the freezer and was wondering what to do with

them. Did you have to cover it with foil

Yes , covered in foil and baked at 180c for about 25 mins oven turned off , removed foil and left in oven . Just checked occasionally . A foolproof recipe , delicious
