if your work permit is revocked you have to get a residency permit and not work anymore its as easy as that

You can leave and get a 90 day visa to start you off again or apply for residency, I asked my partner this as he now as his work permit on his passport & I asked how would they know if he left the company etc but he said if you no longer work for the company they contact the government offices that will enter in the computer and state that your work permit on your passport is no longer valid, I went to Turkey & had no residency or initial 90 day Visa anymore & was given a further 90 day visa no questions asked. I hope you can get this sorted out & don't get stressed, sometimes the best way is to go to Lefkoşa police directly, possibly with someone Turkish speaking & ask them sincerely what you can do, one of the highest officers there is called Yuksel, go straight to his office he is very sympathetic with English people, he gave me a 30 day temporary visa once & called the Girne police and residency office to have a go at them when I was having trouble & tried to sort everything o

If you didn't have your work permit revoked, how did you lose it? You can either ask your boss to renew it, or apply for a residency.
