You all know that I give plenty of legal advise here and as a bonus I am an engineer and not a solicitor or an advocate. So you can trust me more than the so called lawyers ha ha

Hi Ismet,

You certainly concisely and speedily cleared up a lot of doubts that I had regarding property and legal proceedings, thank you again!

A gentleman is a man who is gentle.

Titles, graceful accomplishments, superior culture, princely wealth, great talents, genius, do not constitute a man with all the attributes needed to make him a gentleman.

He may be awkward, angular, homely, or poor, and yet belong to the uncrowned aristocracy. His face may be bronzed at the forge or bleached in the mill, his hand huge and hard, his patched vest, like Joseph's coat of many colors, and he may still be a true gentleman.

I started off this thread hoping to get in some funny remarks. The replies started off too seriously but now I love the humour. Now I must go and check Famagusta Gazette to see if they have printed my remarks about the High court case in UK on Ercan. I told them that UK courts have always ruled in favour of Turkish Cypriots and it will be no different this time.

Wouldn't worry too much as all MP's will have to resign as well the Judges for all their corrupt practices.

Spider,

Thanks for the invitation, may I have the details please?

As a child, I remember the advice of my grand dad: Stay if there is food and drinks and run away if there is any trouble. Good advice!!!
