Dogiturk Kyrenia - Went to pay my bill (offices have moved by the way) but their VİSA card was not working and İ didnt have the cash or cheque. I asked them to make a note on the system to this effect and give me 2 days grace until their Card machine was up and running but they didnt and cut me off. Can anyone let me know if I am supposed to take their digibox back and if a fine is incurred if not.

normally you can go up to two months without them cutting you off, if you going to cancel your contract, you should call digiturk customer care on 0392 223 6000 then tell them you want to cancel pay all outstanding bills, but make sure you do this before the 3rd of each month otherwise you will be billed for another month, once you have done this then you MUST return the box with the remote control and the scart lead otherwise you will be fined big time, in some cases i have heard that digiturk have fined customers for non return of boxes up to a £1000, so ill get that box back to them asap

Phone the number on the back of your Digiturk card and speak to them in Istanbul. They'll take payment over the phone and turn you on within the hour.

Following on from advice on this forum I called into the new digiturk office to enquire about paying an annual fee up front 216YTL and free installation but they were having none of it. Yes 216YTL annual fee but also 200YTL installation and 70YTL for something else??

Has anyone managed to get the 216YTL and thats it deal????

i gave this info on this offer and its 100% right it even has got it on their website you dont pay for install if you havent got a dish you do have to pay 45ytl for it i have the link where it says on their website

its in turkish but bascally it says if you chosse ekonomik paket and sign a year contract saying you ownt cancel you are entitled to this offer

belive you me i have helped over 20 people get connected on this package thru my digiturk mate, if they still are having none of it tell them you will phone istanbul head office and take it up with them their number is 0212 473 73 73
