Whats the chances of someone going to buy a property, negotiating a good price and then saying "I'll pay you when I get the PTP?"
Has this ever happened?

| Mixie....I've asked this a few times on here when certain souls try to blame all our problems on the fact that we didn't follow the official govt line (yeh...right) of obtaining PTP before purchase.
A very,very small minority have been able to do this I believe....but all were before 2004 when the market was in its infancy. |

I have put this on board before, but if all potential buyers stuck to this principle and a small deposit is paid for said property and follow through when PTP is received, I imagine the building sector would be hugely lobbying the Government to sort out the problems and delays with PTP's |

pay half up front and the rest when i get my koshan
