6 days ago new members appeared seemingly full of hope and optimism.

They have now arrived at the conclusion that TRNC is not a safe bet.....that Brit ex-pats in NC are bitter and vindictive.....and that Cyprus 44 has its share of internet stalkers/troublemakers.



Not a good advert is it ?

Even the GC's couldn't have played it better !

I know that people have experienced problems as we have but I don't get the vindictiveness that sometimes arises on this board. I think that people move abroad for the wrong reasons but I also know that a lot of expats are living very happily in TRNC.

You should not think that buying and living either in ROC, Spain, Bulgaria or any other country (where Brits have bought property cheaply) is any more straightforward than in TRNC. Let's face it back home there are loads of rogue builders.

We have bought here as a long term purchase not to make a fast buck like some have. Back here in the UK the property prices have crashed so things are no better here.
