Sunnycee - are you using a laptop? If you are, look at the bottom right hand corner of the screen (in the bit that's shaded darker than the rest of the screen) and there is a little icon of a loudspeaker type of thing. Put your curser on to it and at the same time depress the left had silver bit below the main curser control. You should see a volume illustration pop up and you can control the volume up or down.



Hope this makes sense!!

i remember watching a celine dion concert in las vegas on tv,they hooked up an old video of frank sinatra singing "all the way". She then sang a duet with him on the screen behind her,it was fantastic. I'd never heard "all the way" before and its now one of my favorites i sing on karaoke.
