parkview - that's interesting. No wonder so many people find it works so well. Now have a mental picture of big strapping soldiers rubbing Avon into themselves!!!

Don't forget you can get your mosquito repellent wristbands, patches and bags from the market on Saturday at Chateau Lamboussa, in the garden section near the bar.

Just received latest edition of Which magazine. Their mosquito repellent test shows an overwhelming decision in favour of Deet based products. Boots repel extra strength,120ml £5-37p and Jungle Formula Extra Strength 125ml £6-84p are especially recommended. I have used the Boots one in the tropics and found it very effective. However like sun cream one spray no good all day. Consider applying every 6 hours. Not one electronic device worked.

Just to let you know that the new avon book (11) has so so soft dry oil on special for £1.75 a bottle. So now would be a good time to get your friends to order as much as they can, as it is normally £5.00.

I use a local repellant that has deet in it called sinkov and it's great for me. I like the fact that it isn't oily like jungle formula etc because they just make your skin sweat even more in the heat.
