if it was me or you we'd be up in court!!No sympathy,they all know what they were doing and what they were claiming,rotten to the core i'm afraid,especially the pr..k that paid his mortgage off and was still claiming it. I get 100 POUND fine if my tax return is a day late!! And people ask me why i've never voted in an election!!

sporty, Sums up the mood of the country at the moment. Surely claiming mortgage relief when you don't have a mortgage is fraud !! It seems that this MP can just pay the money back and everything is ok. Do they think were all complete idiots. Surely this is the same as benefit cheats, will they also now be allowed just to pay the money back as if nothing has happened ? Or is this another case of one rule for them and one rule for us. Only in Britain............
