Great food, a lovely family and definitely worth a visit.



If you are fed up going to the same places, you really must try this. There's also live Turkish music tonight.

We have not been yet this year but had several very good visits last year. The views are stunning, food good & reasonably priced, excellent service & they often have different types of live music.

Went again last night. The best lamb chops on the island........a beautiful sunset and fantastic view of Turkey.

My sister and husband have been frequent visitors to thie Labores, however after being charged 10 TL for a local brandy and coke and 10 TL for a bottle of water they wont be going again.And at 4 quid for a bottle of water i will be giving it a wide birth.

Labores is a pricey ripoff!



If you drive up into Karaman Village, just before the church square, on the left is The Levant....a much better option with great views of nearby St Hilarion castle. Ken is a great host and his wife cooks great food. Wine & beer are very reasonable.

It is true that service plays a very important role in the running of a restaurant. Personnally, i really agree that restaurant should try it's best to offer customer prompt and convinient service. Customer usually become impatient when they can't get timely service, and they have to cry out loudly or keep waving hands, restaurant calling system can help to solve this problem, it includs buttons that placed on tables, and display sreen carried by waiters, when customers need service he just need to press buttons and then waiters will receive it. Ive been to the Labores and had one of the best steak in Cyprus. Great service and nice people and such a nice view especialy the sun set. the prices were great to and just for the info a bottle of water is 3 TL !!! I think its a Must try place!

looks like it. drove up to karaman mid june and seemed closed. passed sunday and weeds taking over.
