Hi

Can anyone tell me:

Can you sell a part of your land (approx 3/4 donum)? If so, what costs are involved? What is the process?

Many thanks

Juliachcc

Your land needs to parcelised so that part of it can be sold off. Speak with an Advokat who can do the process for you, unless your Turkish is of A1 standard then goto the Land Registry to do the paperwork and pay their fees.

Julie

You say you have PTP but do you actually hold the deeds in your name? Remember the land belongs to the name on the Kocan and they will have to do the dividing up not you. The person buying the divided piece must apply for PTP unless they are a local.

Unless this is now out of date
