| went for a breakfast at the Chına Garden.only cost 10 tl.pot of tea or coffee.2 bacon,2 sausage,2 eggs.beans mushroom and frıed tomatoes.basket of toast wıth jam and marmalade.god l was stuffed very good value. |

| i'm impressed Sheila , i try not to throw myself around alot , it' far too strenuous for me . Although i did a 10 mile walk on Sunday in readiness for the charity walks we have planned . The 1st is Sunday coming . But that is only 3 kms Take care , Pat xx |
