I cannot believe what I saw.



On the dark side I saw a girl wearing the shortest mini-skirt ever.



It was at least 3 inches ABOVE, yes, above her bum cheeks.



Absolutely hilarious.



I looked around, convinced me and others were being filmed for our reactions.



She was walking aroung the Mall of Cyprus at about 2pm.



In case you are wondering what has this got to do with Cyprus... nothing, but I'm sure others must have seen her.

No. I don't know what it looked like from the front, but I can only imagine, as it was above her bum at the back!



Thinking about it, it may not have even been a girl.
