We are moving out to N cyprus in near future. Not usre if we can initially afford developers "add on" for pool. Can you get pool installed after you move into your villa. is there a market for that in n Cyprus or is it predominately developers domain?

If there are alternative suppliers you can use after you move - do you need planning licence and what are likely costs.

Thanks in advance

You can have a pool built after you move in, there are no planning licences needed.

Vine pools can build a pool for you ,approximate cost for 8 x 4 pool £16,000 Or 10 x 5 £19,000.

you definately need planning permission for a pool.....

Anyway, think long and hard about having a pool, they are a pain in the backside to maintain, cost a lot of money to run and you can only use them for a few months a year...

And a lot of them leak !

If i had my time over again.....

I may be mistaken, but my understanding is that if a pool was shown on the developers approved plans you would not need any further approval.

You do need planning for a pool and this will either appear on the original drawings, whether you have one built or not, or you will need to apply for planning later if it isn't.

Planning is usually a formality, which we can do for you.

We are builders of 100% guaranteed leakproof pools.

Some poorly/cheaply designed/built pools do cost a lot to run. Using modern methods and systems, pump running times and water consumption are considerably less than they were in the past.
