The food at the outside bar is brilliant tasty and so good value for money .

I have never written anything negative on this forum until now, we went to the Waterfront last night with our little girl, when we walked in we got seated at a table, then a tall blond welsh woman came over and gave us a menu stating that there was only Tapas on the menu, we said fine. On the menu it said have a glass of sangria with your meal so I proceeded in ordering this and was told in a very rude manner there was none, she then pointed at her watch and said tapas finishes at 21:00, I looked at my watch and pointed out it was only 20:02 She then shugged. We then asked what wine she had and she said, "red and white", when we asked what brand she huffed and then told us in a very surly manner. I got the impression that she really didin't want us there so we told her to cancel our order and we were leaving. This has to be the worst and rudest service I have ever experienced since living on this island. The kareoke was appalling but then thats just personal choice.

I have heard only good things about this places and was very disapointed at this womens complete lack of manners, I don't know if she is the Manager or just a member of staff but I can honestly say there are too many places on the island to go and eat where you get a smile and lovely service. I for one would never go here again.
