Our builder, who has been fully paid to supply transformer and arrange electric supply to our site of 7 properties is now saying he cannot afford to do this work which leaves us all without electric supply. Any suggestions on how to deal with this problem our solicitors advise it is a waste of time and money to try suing the builder.

we had the same problem

you have several choices.

SHOOT THE BUILDERS WIFE IN THE KNEES AND TELL HIM DO IT OR YOU ARE NEXT.

DO WITHOUT ELECTRIC RELY ON A GENI !

Pay up and bite the bullit.

Expect no help from the authorities vis ve FRAUD BY YOUR BUILDER.

We ended up paaying 5.5 k each x 21 for electric.

Me I would personally have chosen option 1

We had the same problem, had to pay another 2.4kish (I can't remember now as had to keep dipping in my pocket).

Ended up paying it, no choice if you want electric. Dont expect any help from authorities of legal eagles....

Get someone else to do it and pay again but also find a good lawyer to sue the builder if you are prepared to go all the way.

We paid our builder for the transformer installation at our apartment complex (17 apts.) No problem, then about 6 months later another apt. complex were added on to our (paid for) transformer. About a month after that Kibtek came and altered the jumpers so our transformer now feeds everyone below us in Oruc Reis Socak. I know what I am talking about as I used to work for an elctricity supply company and from my balcony I look at said transformer!

Hi Ray, maybe you should start the first wind farm, where you are high up in the hills of Alsancack. Even better then attatch the builder the arms!!!
