Hi there, I am interested in buying on Sea Terra Marina and particularly like blocks A and B - although I still like the others! Has anyone got an apartment for sale at the moment? If so please advise me of the block and asking price. Many thanks. Can't wait to get back out there!

Little villa has some on the market , they are selling one apartment , complete with furniture right down to knives/forks .hope this helps !!!!

I am selling B-14. Will make enquiries as to what the price would be. The deeds are being prepared now and am guessing should be ready in the next few weeks, but would need to confirm that with my solicitor

Many thanks for letting me know about the apartments for sale. I am not looking for an apartment on the first floor though. I do wish you all the best with your sales. By the way of information, I have recently been offered a 3 bed ground floor apartment fully furnished for £45. I think people are just being extra cautious at present.

I would be interested to know the price being asked for A1. The Little Villa Company have some 3 bed ground floor in A block for £60 I know. I have also been offered a 3 bed fully furnished in E block for £45, but A is my first interest.
