restrict bogus members

it may be a boring subject but too many members are allowed to register under bogus names etc to abuse members they dont agree with but are too scared to reveal their true identity ! mainly because they have some form of aggression within ! surely none of us would mind being a new member for at least a month or a while of being monitored for the first 10 posts before being allowed to say what they want ! there must be a way to iron out these trouble makers who havent the balls to say who they really are which ruins this forum for those who have ! please try find a way as it will make this a much more pleasant place to chat !!!!!!

From seemingly iintelegent people. School boy tactics. They will never come out of thier closet and long may they stay there x love to you both. xxx You know what most are men f a certain age.?

I could be wrong Snakes but I think new members posts are monitored for a while, of course that doesn't stop them being nice for a while and then writing whatever they want.



Catch 22 really, some of them seem to just be insulting to get a rise out of people and if they were to be blocked they would feel like they achieved something on the other hand it can be frustrating to just try and ignore them

Proger1 ! yes they are monitered but not their identity ! there is a software available to recognise a computer when posting to avoid multiple registrations but i expect these sadd'os got lots of computers ha ha regards

Snakes I can honestly say only one time when i felt I was being stalked I asked AJ for his help. He did so with no hesitation as did Izzett. I can take most of whats thrown at me I big enough and ugly enough as my late mum sai to fight ffor myself. They are there to help and boy they did when I needed it.I thank AJ xx Also Izzett xx

As with almost everything Snakes there is also software that blocks other computers from recognising you, I try not to get pissed off with the posters you are mentioning but it can be hard.

Liz and proger1 ! i find it hard to deal with cowards as they truly are ! they are clearly missing something in their life and having met the person who abused me on this board totally understand as to why he did ! i have spent my life helping others and playing for names so big they wouldnt fit on this board but have done it quietly and in the background ! I know you Barry and so proud to .I will defend you against the others . They are trouble. Only today I posted about the cari evening and statvos ruined it.. You are so very talented and it will show. Prodg his talent will speak volumes. I can tell you they have had teething probs but taken everything in thier stride. I love these two people so much. am writing a book about the incredible privelages i have had in my musical career and really want to do a concert of "my stuff" in my beautiful new house and studio for all my friends ! you're welcome !! mrs snakes is the best without her i have no point as she knows what my music means to me (a gem)

It is impossible for all of the board admin staff to monitor all postings all of the time so we rely on members alerting us to potential problems. I have 10+ e-mails a day from members that have problems with other members postings and so far they have all been resolved one way or another. My email is monitored 24/7 via various methods so please feel free to contact me in the event that someone post's against the rules and more importantly against the ethos of the Cyprus44 board.
