Why don't you try and get in touch with Trudy on the forum as she is also looking for an apartment. Pull your resources and you will be able to afford a better apartment and some money left over.

£200 a month with or without a roof and running water. £200 - government tax and wear and tear and management fees. Good luck.........

I have a small bungelow that is available for 220 stg month with furniture and is off Bellapais Road, just behind Altınkaya hotel. Next to Lemar and others shops!!
