I am looking for a experienced qualified chief, able to cook international food, to the standard of a 1 - 2 rosette.

Or maybe a Chief Petty Officer. Plenty of chiefs as Stubs says, and lots of pettiness. Probably not many officers in the mess, though.

I would recomend Guido but I think he's otherwise employed. He has the experience and the knowledge.
