| We are having big problems trying to make calls through Skype using 3 g, more often than not we have no joy at all,even early in the morning, anyone else having problems? or is it more likely to be our computer. Any advice please. |

| I'm taking a guess here, and assuming that your are using MSwindows - but if you had another supplier before 3G and were using skpye, it may well be that skype is still trying to connect using the old network connection. Try opening 'network connections' via the start button and disabling anything other than 'KKTCELL' (via thier properties - highlight & right click) - this will make 3G your default connection. (you may have to re-install 3g after this). If this does not work - uninstal 3g - disable any network connections (as above) and then reinstall 3g - if the problem remains i would need to know more about your computer system before suggestion further options. When you get 3g running make sure you set it run on 'Only UMTS' hope this helps GG |
