Girne Hospital will do this for her no problems as long as she remembers to bring her dosage card with her. And also brings out plenty Warfarin in different doses e.g. 1mg and 2mg. tabs

I agree with nurseawful. Don't forget your card and bring the medication.

Whistler I agree that lots of drugs very inexpensive here but they are not always available thats why I said bring lots with her because the last thing she would need was for her Warfarin not to be available!

Just a general warning to anybody that is on drugs bring plenty with you just in case.

There is a heart specialist in Lefkosa who my husband attends. The blood tests you can have done at the Girne hostpıtal but you will need to be sent there by an approved doctor such as he.

His name is Halit Ozbek no : (0392)228 8315 an dspeaks very good english

RE msg 8, girne > His name is Halit Ozbek no : (0392)228 8315 an dspeaks very good english <

=> I agree 100%, girne! But I thought he retired? If I remember well, he used to be Mr. Rauf Denktash's heart surgeon.

He operated on me after four heart failures within a couple of hours. I think, during my operation, he was assisted by my current heart surgeon Erkut Asicioglu (see msg 6). Both men: TOP-TOP-TOP!!!
