Green Paradise Homes - any owners?

Hello,



We have been to the TRNC a couple of times and think we know it well enough to buy a new home around Kyrenia.



We have seen the website of this company and someone at home has mentioned them favourably too. So are there any owners of homes built by the company on this forum please? And if so are you happy with their construction methods, finance terms, time schedule etc ?

Or used their estate agency for sales/purchase?



They are based in Lapta, a local family company I believe.

I hope that it is a case of 'no news is good news'. Had I enquired about some more notorious names I would have had a more lively response I suppose.



Some more information. This company has a subsidiary called Amethyst Construction. They are currently maketing new builds in Tatlisu and Akdeniz.



Also I apologise, the location of the office is not Lapta but ALsancak beside the Serkos supermarket - is that the one with solar panels on the lamp posts in the car park?



Anyway, I still hope that someone can give me some feedback.

They are next to the supermarket with the solar panels on the lamp-posts but it is now called Fresco. Run by a young lady called Hazan and I believe her husband is the builder (Amathyst Homes). I don't have any personal experience but my friend used to work in the office and I think they were quite busy. One of my neighbours rents her house through Green Paradise but as I have never met the neighbour I can't give any feedback. Sorry I probably haven't been any help to you at all!

It all helps build a picture. So far I am getting the impression that they might be doing a good job, therefore don't make waves, and thus do not have a 'reputation' that may make them better known.



Would still like to have contact with someone who has dealt with them though.
