Am away with my Mum this week so not "too" much boozing.....It's the April one with the girls where I'll be looking for the correct door!

| good luck tomorrow we own on seaterra marina and are out in april.we used our place 5 times last what with family and friends .everyone loved the peace and quiet with 5 star quality chucked in.youll love it. |

You lucky thing! I am buying on ST Bay, was expecting handover on the 15th December. Received no information from SeaTerra but learnt they have missed the completion date and I am still waiting 3 months on along with plenty others to hear when the completion date is likely to be for the Bay. How did you manage to achieve this! |

| We too are waiting !!! some buyers are happy to hand over final payment to get the keys of their apartment.
We have not received confirmation they are ready to handover.
I will be holding on to my final payment , with deductions for late handover!!! |
