Is this not just theft by the Director .The company is paid for the property he has the deeds in his name

Either he working on behalf of the company sold something that the company did not have to sell.Or he has had the company transfer the deeds into his name either way he has stolen & or committed fraud .Or does the RoC not recognise this as it would be in the UK .Its not a case of adeveloper running out of funds before completion.
