Hi, We have bought penthouses No 88 & 89 and have just paid the final installment. We have just been notified that completion will be very soon and all that is left is the snagging. I live only approx 3k from the Palm Bay View site. I am not sure how informed you are but the swimming pool has been filled and people are living and staying on site. Our concern was the completion of the whole site which we have been assured will be by the end of the year. If you have any question or querries I am sure Carol-Anne will be more than happy to answer them.
