buying at Turtle bay View

Baying at turtle bay view and experienceing some problems with the builder we are at 13 months stage. Its the first contact I've had with Builder and the e mail are very negative with regard to how the build is progressing and very confrontational. Its starting to feel not right. Anyone shed any light on this development I would be very greatful.

Welcome to the forum blue moon.How come this is the first contact you have had with the builder,seems a bit strange,why do things not seem right,have you been out to see the build,

welcome to forum. If you go to home page and at the bottom of this page go to popular posts you can click on Turtle Bay. There are a few posts. Is this being built by Boyut Construction?

hi man city , welcome to the forum , there was a person who had concerns about this company on this forum , he went to nc to find out more but did,nt report back to us , indeed i e-mailed this company , re possible interest in their properties a few times and they did not respond , i do hope your concerns are unfounded,

hi paul , i dont remember where he was buying , all i remember is , it was boyut he was buying with , he did e-mail me , i will see if i can find it and contact him to see how he got on . i,m fine thanks hope you and your family are too . we will be over to nc 24th april for 19 days , cant wait

It all got sorted end of last week. The builder got me confussed with another client who has been giving him a tough time. I had a full apology from him and all seems to be sweet. I've only been out once when the build was at green field stage. I will be out in April for a long weekend

Thank for the tip. The issue has been sorted out apparently he had me confussed with another client who seem to be causing some issues which I'm not privvey too.

As for my build the builder gave a full apology and is being very helpful now. As for the building company the name in the contract is Pembe Senmert
