Does anyone know where I can purchase a floating pool cover complete with spindle. I'm looking to save water loss due to evaporation and to help keep the water temperature up in the autumn and spring.

All covers provide 94% evaporation and come in standard sizes including roller, towkit, free fitting, reinforced tail section and 3 year warranty

With our pool covers you will not need a winter cover. One cover does the job for winter and summer.

Hi Linda

Know your part of the world very well. Have friends who live in Onchan, been over for a few TT race and Done the Manx National and International rallies on a few occasions. Feel it has been spoilt by all the house building especally at signpost corner but where hasn't been spoilt with building. Like to go and have a beer by Peel Harbour and go on the steam train./ Colin our friend who died 3 yrs ago was chief engineer on the steam train nothing he did not know about steam trains worked in the railway shed in Douglas since he left school.

Glad to hear you know the island - many Brits have no idea where it is! I didn't until I came to watch a TT race about 15 years ago. We live near Peel and the harbour has had a few million pounds spent on it recently and now has a flapgate intalled and pontoons for 200 boats. The TT this year was really good, excellent weather, only one day of rain AND Valentino Rossi came over and did a lap of the course with Agostini. Hope to see you when we are over in August.
