Hi Gazza

There was a thread on Evergreen recently, probably about 4 pages ago. I'll have a look through and try to bring it forward.

we looked at them in October 2006 but bought elsewhere as we thought the site was very isolated and the locals were treating the road down to the site as a rubish tip ,, it was the same with the beach, hopefully it's all been cleaned up now! we purchased in Lapta instead as there was already infrastructure in place.

The developer (evergreen) thought we had no vision !!

hi all.

it is nice to hear from somebody else who has brought at aphrodite, saabx36 we are going out 1st of june so look forward to giving our opinion of the site and build quality,we brought of plan so it could be interesting.we will let you know soon as we get back what we think ,we also know its a quiet area but also an up and coming area near to a beach and small town with a golf course near by (if you like golf),also supposed to be quite green as well.most building sites seem to attract people dumping rubbish just hope its all cleared up when the site is completed.saabx36 we are due for a completion date in august 2008 is yours the same time.? regards garry&becky

Hi Dodger

Yep, last time I saw it it was definitely a very dark shade of brown. OK it was late summer but no evidence of it ever having been green.

Friends of ours play there regularly and seem to be quite happy with it.

Newlad

I think until last year when Korinium fully opened it was a case of beggars couldn't be choosers as the one at Guzzleguts was the only option.

The "browns" at the CMC golf course are meant to brown. It is a mixture of sand and oil that is supposed to provide a good putting surface.
