I am probably being really stupid here but I am wanting extra lights on my roof terrace and thought I was going to have to mess around with wiring etc when it suddenly dawned on me how much sun there is in TRNC so what about solar lamps. Where can I get these in TRNC, are they any good and any idea on costs?

they were more expensive than 4tl but i think they came in a box of four.

similar to the ones we get in the uk, may have been the blackspur brand.

They sell them individually in Mr Pound at 4TL each so you can buy as many as you want.

You will find them in a large open box where the garden items are on the first floor.

I have 10 jotted along either side of a pathway in our garden and they work fine.

They come fitted with a battery that is not very good so you will have to more or less change them straight away.

The batteries supplied are 2 x AA non descript batteries (non branded).

We have just replaced them as the originals die with 2 of our own.
