What a shock , i too had never met Peter , but did exchange a few e-mails over various issues . I'm so very sorry to hear of this news . Please convey my sympathies to the family

Hi Racconchick yes we were there on Friday and all enjoyed the night.



Pete died from a heart attack after finishing his meal no pain just said he felt ill and passed away .

I wouldn't exactly have said you Dad and I were "mates".. we disagreed about many things on here, but we had agreed to meet and have a beer some time..





My condolences to you and your family - having lost my Dad in a similar way- it is a big shock.. I hope you can all eventually realise it is a great way to go...



I still intend to have that beer with him... I just can't say when...

sorry mmmmmmmmm you misread the post goldwings dad didnt die peter kelly died in the presence of his dad and goldwing allen very sad he became ill in the codbabba and was being taken to lefkosa hospital if my sources are correct died on the way nice guy god bless

Just heard the very sad news.

Peter was my neighbour and one of my new found friends in Cyprus for the last four years.

My sadness and devastation for the loss of such a character is not significant as to how Peters family are coping with his loss.

He loved the place so much and the place him.



Rest in peace Peter, your spirit will remain.

Still sorting things out .



Pete's Sister and his dad are going back to the UK today 5/07/09.



Pete's wife and his daughter are staying to make arrangement for his flight home to the UK.



All are still in shock but coming to terms with what has happened.



Had a bit of a wake for Pete at the Kings bar on Frid. ( Thanks Paul )

Thanks to all the friends of my brother Peter who offered kinds words and support to myself his sister, Jim,Sharon and Jo. We would not have been able to get through the first dark days without the kindness shown by so many of you, especially Alan and Carol. Peter loved Cyprus and all the people out there. thank you for helping him to enjoy his last few weeks from all Petes family back in UK
