Wanted old computer or laptop

Has anyone got an old computer or laptop that is not used anymore, with Windows 98 or anything less than Windows 2000 installed .. Wanted for the Turkish lads at the garage in Ozankoy village to download latest software for a newly acquired diagnostics scanner .. Must be cheap ..

=> Maybe something to check first, harita: can obsolete software as Windows 98-2000 run the *latest* software for this scanner?

harita the pc that they will need has to have xp at least to run software for cars plus they will need all the right eobd anobd2 cables and intrfaces to i have vag com and all software for cars its not easy by any means unless you buy the full programe free software will only read codes and nothing more so mil lights cheack engine and service light you wont be able to put out the faster the pc and more hdd space you have the better you will be as it will need to take up space and you will need to config com ports
