Bought off plan four years ago still waiting for electricity so the deeds should should be along any day now.

We received our Deeds June 2007. Our apartment in Girne was finished Feb/March 2005. I know that some people in the next block to us received them earlier and others have only just received them. All the same builder and completion was the same time. We thought we were lucky to get ours when we did.
