Just drove past the "Little Villa Company" estate agents, back end of Cattlekoy - they have vanished !!

Just to make everyone aware the Little Villa Company has expanded and merged with Homes Abroad, the new office is next to Mermaid fabrics on the Catalkoy road. For those who have looked in the old window would have seen 2 large posters stating our new location. Tried to sell my property through them but because the house was not on the Kocan they said the house did not exist therefore they could not market it. I checked this out and it was a load of B... s..... Wonder where I have been living for the last few years?

In this type of situation if the property is not listed on the Kocan then in reality you are only selling a plot of land and anything that has been built on the land can be pulled down, and for one i would not like to happen to one of my clients, did you have the final approval from the district lands office for your villa? if so we would be more than happy to market you property as long as you have all the correct paperwork.

I currently have a simular sale going thru so to which this is a exactly the same situation.



Pop in we are located in next to mermaid fabrics on the Catalkoy road. Sorry this was not explained to you in the first instance.

Interesting, this Company 'claim' to have excellent demand for resales. Called them yesterday, no responce, be in touch tomorrow 3rd, no responce, bit like them all, want to give away your resale andthen they are up your nose. We have all been there and done that and been ripped off, now they are trying again to capitilised on the situation they led us into, ie. give away prices!

Agreed, but the land lord of that property is being a little aukward to say the least! he has only allowed it up there for a couple of more days and yes its only A4 paper size. Sorry guys. reputation is everything nick!!
