comin over in next few weeks still no electric .Does any one know if you can buy the small camping gaz canisters to fit the portable rings or if you can buy the complete set up out there for reasonable cost.

By complete set up if you mean gas cylinder just gone up to 24ytl and regulator 20ytl.

bought in oct 07 got power of attorney in nov 07 for our estate agent to deal with it.Came over at the end of Jan to try and hurry things along but apparantly still no meters available we paid for meter and fuse back in november.But still no real idea when we might get supply

Appartments completed when we bought in oct.Theres 30 appts in three blocks some have supply but the english guy in appt above was still on builders electric when we were last over.

Hi Nivek

Not sure where your property is but there is a shop in Girne main street which sells the small gas bottles. Its on the right hand side going down the hill past the turning for 1001. There is a big pavement step outside the shop. The shop sells all kinds of electrical and household things. We managed to find a hurricane lamp in there.
