| Richard, it's about two years now that I did some refilling as a service for friends (HP, Epson, Canon, Lexmark and Brother, cost price), but I ran out of the special ink needed for each brand/cartridge. I've only a couple of liters of ink left for Canon cartridges - for personal use. Next time in Istanbul I can buy some ink for Brother cartridges (or universal ink) and tell you how to refill yourself. It's easy if you are careful. Remember how to save a lot of money: every cartridge in good shape can be re-used at least 10 times! P.S. For all: when your cartridge runs out of (one or more colours) ink and you want to refill yourself: take the cartridge out of the printer, put it in a small plastic bag, add some wet tissue (to keep the inside of the bag AND thus the inside of your cartridge (kind of a sponge) - moist). Close the bag. Don't store the cartridge in the sun nor in the refrigerator - any place out of the sun will do. |

| Hi..just a word of warning on refills...some companies now chip the ink cartridges...so they will not work when refilled....in the UK it is often cheaper to replace the printer than to buy new cartridges ( £25 for new printer...£36 for a Black and Colour cartridges ) |
