Before I moved to Cyprus I remember seeing these in the UK. I think they had coloured flowers or Ivy etc on them and just stuck on to the wheely bin.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy these either in Cyprus or the UK.

I think I remember seeing them in one of those catalogues that agents drop through your door. Betterware or Kleeneze. Good Luck....
