Hi everyone, I am coming out in June to hopefully reserve a new apartment.
Have been coming to Cyprus for 25 years to visit friends and thought it was now good to buy.
Can anyone recommend new builds in Bogaz/Iskele/Yeni Bogazici areas?
Not looking for the huge hotel type glamorous complexes....just some well-built good spec apartments with large balconies for entertaining.

Hi BONA-EEK Thalassa Beach Resort is well worth looking at. 10% price rise from 1st may. Right on the beach. High spec apts.

Hi bona- eek , welcome to the forum , you could try othello villas in iskele , 3, 4, and 5 bed villas or bungalows , mountains behind and sea infront , nice quite position next to preservation land , so you can get enjoy the high life in bafra { when all completed } best of both worlds really '

Thanks simbas, l appreciate the advice.
Have seen a couple of places in the Bogaz/Iskele area but have seen some apartments on Sunshine Estates that look nice from the photos and are due for completion in 6 months.......garden, middle and top floor apartments near preservation land and Pre 74 Turkish. Not exactly sure where they are or who the builder is!
Maybe someone can advise!

Hi again all,......does anyone know of any old one storey village houses along from Famagusta to Bogaz/Iskele for sale? Something ripe for renovation! Any contacts?
