Landlord returning on hols :0(

Our landlord (who may read this forum so will add that we did know this was coming when we signed the contract) would like to stay in his holiday home ie the apartment where myself and my fiance are now renting for one month from mid September.



We are currently in Doğanköy and would ideally like to stay here (we are friends wth all the neighbours) or also interested in Karakum/Girne centre for either one month (to then return here) or to move to the new property all together with at least a 6 month contract and one months' notice either side-if we wish to leave or the landlord needs the property for whatever reason, we are immaculate tennants

and are looking for the following:



-one double bedroom flat

-furnished

-white goods

-tv

-balcony/terrace & communal pool

-no more than 250gbp per month.

If anyone knows anything please let me know here or via email!

Hi

We have a 1 bed apartment in Dogankoy to let, it is available for long term if required but 6 months to start with would be fine.

It has very good amenities and has a communal pool, car parking space etc.

Fitted wardrobes, air con throughout, fridge/ freezer, cooker washer etc.

Balcony

Double bed, sofa bed, table and chairs and curtains are fitted.

It’s on the first floor but there are no residences on ground floor.

it is usually £270 per month but there is no TV at present so we would let it for £250.

PS Just to add that currently we have a large terrace & would like somewhere with a decent outdoor space-sunny balcony/terrace as big as possible!

If you fancy a change of scene for a month I have a beautiful 2 bed apt in Lapta by the sea, private garden, communal pool, Digiturk, flyscreens, superking bed.
