Snowing in Doncaster at 06.00 on my way to work.

It's b***** freezing and blowing a gale, typical Bank holiday weather.

Hi BHW we are over next week as well - flying out on Sunday (BA to Larnaca). Couldn't go this week as one of our boys has gone skiing with school to Colorado - how the kids live these days !! In my day I was lucky if it was a field trip to Swansea... Anyway it looks pretty good next week - mid 20's and mainly sunny - fire up the bbq.

i live in Tring , light snow on and off , had to go to luton , whole different ball game , blizzard conditions , nearly a white out at times , still quite bad as we came over dunstable downs , then suddenly nothing at all in front of us ,but on looking back through mirror it was still snowing quite thickly , crazy weather !!!

now sunny in tring but quite windy and cold, { over and out }

As we pay more Council tax here in West Sussex obviously get better weather.

OK, It's overcast, bloomin windy and sleet showers. Have booked to fly to NC 4th April but trying to bring forward by a week to try and pay the bl...dy property tax before 31st deadline.

Hi

I'm in Doncaster and it's HORRIBLE, snow, sleet, wind.

But did I dream it? I'm sure I remember it snowing in Kyrenia for about 5 minutes, maybe 25 years ago. Anyone else recall that?

No snow here in Spain, but, following weeks of June-like weather, the winds are now blowing the furniture all round the terrace and the sky is black . . . roll on April

Hi Simbas

I live in a small village, very twee, called Sharnbrook, full of thatched cottages and retired airforce pilots, concorde pilots, ex Colonels etc.. All gung ho!!

Its inbetween Bedford and Rushden in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire border.

Originally from Blackpool, I noticed that somebody else, on the subject of snow, mentioned they were from Accrington, I have relatives in Ostwaldtwissle! Small world.

Its still clear ble sky, and if you keep out of the wind , very warm!!

Hi Karen

Great thanks, although had flu and was in bed for nearly 3 days (luckily when it was raining). Am glad to be back to a nice warm house with open fire though!!! Not sure we will go out there at Easter next year - weather is always a bit touch and go at that time of year. One minute hot and the next stormy. Its still a beautiful place though.
