Hi all,

We have 2 versions (yes 2 versions) of our builders title deed.

The land our villa is built on has an impediment on it.

Both versions of our deeds do not have official stamp on them.

The sample we have seen shows the title deed with this stamp.

Does anybody know if these are genuine or could they be false?

what has your solicitor said about this. I would ask them to explain fully and keep asking until you understand.

Failing that contact the Homebuyers Pressure Group.
