We have two villas side by side on their own plot. both villas are very private, lovely pools, gardens to die for, we have the deeds and all the taxes are paid. We have had long term rental folks in there so i can confirm all the problems have been ironed out. The properties are in Ozankoy not 200 yards from Rafters restaurant. Genuine reason for sale, we have three and dont need three!! One is sold fully furnished, both have central heating and aircons. If any parties are genuinly interested this would be ideal for a large family wanting to share two villas, or two villas for those who want to be near to each other, we can do a good deal for the two?? I am amazed at the enquiries from this thread, still no sale though!
