I've tried translating using http://www.turkishdictionary.net

Very roughly and a guess

Ey -= Now see hear!, Hirsiz = thief seni = vile

Rest doesn't translate.

"Ey Hirsiz. VURACAM --------Hey thief, I am going to shoot you

vazgecartik ---------- It is time you give up

seni gorur gormez -------------- I will at sight.....

VURACAM " ------ SHOOT YOU.

There, it is a very clear message Mr. Thief, stop taking chances

Thanks Erkan,

Nothing too sinister after all !

We found it written in paint, on a wall near the site where our apartments are being built.

Hope its not referring to the land though !!!!

Hi Larryf

I wouldn't worry too much about this. Its probably someone just letting off steam.

UK Turk,

Vuracam actually means I will hit you or I will shoot you, it can mean either. How would you say "I will shoot you" in Turkish? I think in the context I would prefer the second option!!!

hi ismet

vuracacam like i said means im going to hit you, you have to say what you are going to hit them with because you could hit them with a fist-stick-kick-etc so in turkish if you going to say im going to shoot you it translates into

'seni tabancaya vuracacam'

regards

ukturk
