| I don't personally have a problem with Halal, Kosher, or 'European' PC abatoir methods, but I know some do. Have you ever wondered whether your Chicken Kebaps or Lamb Chops have been Halal prepared? Steaks are obviously a problem in a Muslim country, as they have to have blood retention for cooking. How does the Butcher in Alsancak cope with pork preparation? http://www.halalfoodauthority.co.uk/define.html I find it all quite interesting. Rob |
