KatyMcM,

If you have registered your contract at the Land Office, then as I understand it, no other transactions can take place for that land without your agreement (exception - if land was already mortguaged when you registered it).

Who owns it now, the builder or a third party?

I have now found out that I have been lied to for 3 years

- Our house is not registered as the landowner Hasan Sungur has not signed the contract

- there is no building permit - so why was an told by Sener Law Firm to pay £4500 for an electric transformer when we cannot even have electric

All this skulduggery beggars belief - all propped up by nepotism - nothing less, or more.
