does anyone know where i can buy a small second hand diving board for my 8 x 4 swimming pool

Ron,

before installing even a small diving board, could you look up the recommendations regarding depth of the pool?

I think that it used to be something like an absolute minimum of 8.5 feet or 2.6 meters - it may be even more.

The problem with diving boards and insufficient depth of pool is not so much your useage, - you would obviously be aware of the depth! - but of any other casual user, who might dive in before they could be warned - say for instance, a visitor while you were out, or God forbid, if you got run over by a bus

It's the permanent, crippling, disablement which is the possible consequence of a broken neck or spine caused by diving into a shallow pool which prompts me to write this.
