Rattling air condition unit

over the past week our aircondition unit in the bedroom is rattling loud from the outside, but also in the middle of the night gets louder. Can anyone recommend someone who can look at it for us

Hi Kazbo

I had the same thing last year, my neighbours heard it more than I did as the windows were closed, until one complained I started to think about it, I did call out Arcelik but they couldnt find a problem, so was getting desperate but the following day I had the window cleaner in and was doing some tidying up the bedroom so put the A/C on to cool me down, blow me the window cleaner came down his ladder and said you have a big bolt coming out of your A/C unit and have I a screw driver so that he could try and fix it, well all it took after a whole year was to screw the bolt back in and hey presto no more rattles, even Arcelik couldnt spot that, worth having a look.
