-what's the best way to make a lovely home made iced coffee anyone know?!!! -& a silly one but when you make egg mayonnaise (am craving this today?!!!) should you wait for the egg to cool before mixing with the mayonnaise? & one for nurseawful-do you know where you can get 'Jungle Formula' spray here north/south? The other ones have tried are just not working! have found that lemons are the cheapest & best way to get rid of mozzies when at home (a few by the bed and rubbed on your body) but when am out don't want to go round smelling of lemons!!! Thanks Natx

Re: Egg mayonaise - No you don't have to wait for the eggs to cool when mixing with the mayonaise. But is better to put it in the fridge to cool than have luke warm egg mayonaise.

The big chemist in Catalkoy will probably stock Jungle Formula spray. Johnson and Johnson 'Off' spray works wonders if you haven't tried that and Avon skin so soft. Also take a green spiral with you and light one under the table when you are out. That keeps the mozzies away.

Hi Daisy dukes it has to be real mayonnaise for my egg mayo, I don't really like salad cream but I guess that's personal preference, the tins of iced coffee sound good which supermarket did you find them in? Didn't see them in Lemar, thanks everyone! Natx

Hi Natasha, The pharmacy across from Astro supermarket used to stock it in the cream which is not as smelly as the spray. You could try there, or if you know somebody who is coming out on holiday get them to bring you some. Chris I agree with DD egg mayo much better flavour with salad cream.

Hi, For cheap and easy iced coffee, save and old coffee or jam jar, dilute one teaspoon of instant coffee in hot water, add some ice cubes and pour cold milk over. Put the lid on and shake. İf you take sugar dilute it in the hot water and coffee mixture so it disolves properly. Easy peasy.
