I am seeking a woman for my close friend and I ask help me, ladies and gentlemen!

Bring him along to one of our Get togethers lots of friends to meet, we usually have one around once a month

It does not sound genuine at all. Anyway you should know about the labour laws here. There is already a surplus of men here looking for ladies, so further competition is frowned upon and no work permit will be forthcoming for your friend. Sorry to say that.
